When you order online, an email will be sent to our catering division and on receipt, your order will be confirmed via an order confirmation email. If you have not received confirmation by 5pm on same day of order, please contact Jam n Spoon on (02) 9888 6488.

Changes/Cancellations:
To make changes or to cancel your order, please call Jam n Spoon on (02) 9888 6488. Cancellations must be made no later than 3pm on the day before delivery. Cancellations received after this time, will incur a fee.
